IS THIS A SCAM?
No we are a registered S-Corp in the State of NY and use lawyers to close the real estate deal and recommend that all sellers get their own attorney's to protect their interests.
What do you do with the properties you purchase?
We may either hold onto the properties ourselves to use as investment properties, or may perform repairs to the homes and then resell them to a conventional buyer.
Do you buy rental property?
Yes we purchase rental properties and specialize in vacant or under-rented properties.
I owe more than it is worth, can you still help me?

What if my house is in very poor condition?
This is not a problem and we deal with this frequently. If we purchase the home you can remove any goods that you would want from the home and we will take care of the rest.
How long does it take to close on our property?
Typically it takes 4 weeks to close on a property, but we can do it in as little as 1 week if there is a time critical nature to the sale. You do not have to wait for a mortgage to get approved, and potentially fall through, we are paying cash so we will close on the day we agree to.
